Coalition Summary:
The Finger Lakes Elder Abuse and Identity Theft Coalition, convened by Lifespan of Greater Rochester, brings together aging service, law enforcement, protective service, criminal justice and other stakeholders to share information and coordinate resources around elder abuse and fraud, scams and ID theft prevention in a seven-county area in the Finger Lakes region of western New York State. The coalition also advocates funding and for legislation and policy changes that impact services for older adults at risk of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
